This is our quick picatta go-to for seafood or meat...we love lemon and take advantage of inexpensive jars of capers from import stores!

Ingredients For quick seafood picatta

1/2 boxangel hair pasta
-
8 ozfake crab/lobster
-
2 Tbspcapers
-
2 Tbspflour
-
3/4 stickbutter
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder

3/4 clemon juice
-
1/4 cwater from cooking pasta

1/2 ccooked veggies (we like carrots lightly cooked in the microwave)
How To Make quick seafood picatta

1cook angel hair to desired consistency in salty water, saving a bit of the starchy water for the sauce

2over fairly high heat, melt butter and lightly cook the flour (2-3 minutes), add lemon juice and the rest of the ingredients....adjust looseness of the sauce by adding pasta water

3toss sauce with drained pasta and serve!
