Ingredients For quick chili mac

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    mexician style stewed tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    uncooked small shell macaroni

How To Make quick chili mac

  • 1
    Brown beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat, for about 5 minutes.

    Stir in tomatoes, soy sauce, chili powder, and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 5 minutes.

    Stir in macaroni, cover and simmer for 10-12 min or until macaroni is tendered, yet firm, stirring once.
