9lasagna noodles

6 csliced leftover prime rib

2banana peppers, sliced

1packet dry onion soup mix
-
4 tspsteak seasoning, divided

1 cgrated Parmesan cheese, divided

1container ricotta cheese
-
4 ozcream cheese, softened

3eggs
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
2 tspItalian seasoning

1 Tbspsteak sauce
-
2 1/2 tspground black pepper

8 ozcolby jack cheese, shredded
How To Make prime rib lasagna

1Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.

2Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

3Coat the bottom and sides of an 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray.

4Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced leftover prime rib and sliced banana peppers. Saute for 5 minutes or until are tender.

5Stir in dry onion soup mix, 2 teaspoons steak seasoning and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.

6In a food processor, combine ricotta and cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, steak sauce, black pepper and remaining steak seasoning. Pulse until smooth.

7Arrange 3 lasagna noodles in a prepared baking dish. Add half the sauteed prime rib mixture on top of lasagna noodles.

8Spoon half the ricotta cheese mixture evenly on the sauteed prime rib mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded colby cheese. Repeat layers.

9Top with remaining colby and Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.

10Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese are melted. Cool completely for 5 minutes.
