  • 2 c
    cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 c
    frozen peas
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 1/4 c
    uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    half and half

How To Make pressure cooker chicken noodle dinner

    Spray pot of stovetop pressure cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken and lightly brown.

    Add remaining ingredients except half and half and stir. Lock lid in place and bring up to pressure over high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 6 minutes. Quick release pressure, open lid and stir in half and half.
