Ingredients For pork marsala

4 ozlinguine pasta

1/2 lbfresh sliced mushrooms

1 Tbspcanola oil

1 Tbspbutter

1 tspminced garlic

1/2 cmarsala wine

2 Tbsptomato paste

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1/2 lbcooked pork tenderloin, cut into strips

1 tspminced fresh parsley
How To Make pork marsala

1Cook linguine. In large skillet saute mushrooms in oil and butter until tender, add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in wine, tomato paste, salt and pepper until blended. Add pork. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Drain linguine; serve with pork mixture.
