Ingredients For poor man's beef stroganoff

1 lbground beef

1/2 lgonion, diced

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 canmushrooms, 6.5 oz.

1 cancream of mushroom soup

pinchsalt and pepper

1/2 ptsour cream
How To Make poor man's beef stroganoff

1Saute beef, onions, garlic, and mushrooms together in a little oil until beef is browned and onions are transparent.

2Add can of soup and a little water if necessary (fill 1/2 of the soup can with water); cover.

3Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Then sour cream.

4Heat till the mixture bubbles slightly but do not over heat after cream as been added.

5Serve immediately over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
