    fresh basil
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    pine nuts
  • 1 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    freshly grated romano cheese
  • 12 oz
    linguine
  • freshly grated romano cheese for serving

How To Make ponderosa pesto pasta

  • 1
    Place the basil, garlic, salt and nuts in food processor. Process drizzling in the olive oil. Add the cheeses and mix well.

    Cook the pasta as directed on package. Drain and mix in the pesto. Serve with extra grated Romano chees
