Ingredients For polish sauerkraut casserole

4 cuncooked penne pasta
-
1 1/2 lbsmoked polish sausage cut in 1/2
-
2 cancream of mushroom soup
-
16 ozcan or jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well

3 cswiss or cheddar cheese, shredded (i use combo of both)

1 1/2 c2% milk
-
4green onions, chopped
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
4cloves garlic, minced
How To Make polish sauerkraut casserole

1Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in all other ingredients

2Spoon into a greased 9x13 pan, or large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes
