Ingredients For pierogies & veggies

1/3 csalad dressing, oil & vinegar

1 pkgpierogies, frozen, thawed, flavor of your choice (i use potato/cheese, potato/onion, whatever i can find)

1 pkgstir fry veggies or whatever you like

1 pkgbaby spinach
-
2plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4" thick slices

1/4 cfeta cheese, crumbled
How To Make pierogies & veggies

1In a large skillet, heat 3 Tbsp dressing over medium-high heat. Add pierogies, in batches if necessary; cook, turning once, until browned, about 3 - 4 minutes each side. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

2Add stir fry to skillet; cook until most liquid has evaporated, about 2 minutes. Add pierogies, spinach & tomatoes. Cover, cook stirring once, until spinach is wilted, about 1 minute.

3Stir in remaining dressing.

4Before serving, sprinkle with feta. Enjoy!
