Ingredients For piccollini, pinenuts and parm

  • 1/2 box of piccollini cooked according to directions
  • 1/4 c toasted pinenuts
  • 2 tsp sundried tomato pesto
  • 1/2 tsp dried pepper flakes
  • 2 t olive oil
  • parmesan cheese shredded to taste

How To Make piccollini, pinenuts and parm

    Cook the pasta, while it's cooking throw the pinenuts, olive oil, pepper flakes and tomato pesto into a skillet and let fry for a minute or so. be very careful, pine nuts burn very quickly.

    Drain the pasta and mix it with the pine nut mixture, plate and top with Parmesan cheese
