Ingredients For penne pasta w/ tuna.

1 boxronzoni healthy harvest penne pasta.

1-1/2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 mdonion, chopped.

2 tspminced garlic from a jar.

114.5 oz can crushed tomatoes in juice.

1-/12 Tbspfresh chopped parsley.

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice.
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes.

25 oz cans water-packed tuna, drained and flaked.
How To Make penne pasta w/ tuna.

1Cook pasta as directed, drain, return to pot. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onion & garlic, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in tomatoes w/ their juices, parlsy and lemon juice, cook, stirring for 1 min. Add red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to med-low, cook 3-5 min or until sauce thickens, stirring often. Gently stir in flaked tuna, heat through. Add pasta to sauce, toss gently to coat and heat through.
