2 cmini penne pasta

4 clovegarlic minced

1 cheavy cream

1/4 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

1/2 cgorganzola cheese

4 Tbspbutter cut into 1 oz pieces

parsley for garnish
How To Make penne gorganzola bake

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Cook the Penne for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.

2Add the pasta water to a saucepan. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the heavy cream and cook 4 minutes. Add both the cheeses and cook until cheese melts. Stir in the penne.

3Pour into a baking dish and place the butter pats on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper garnish with parsley
