2 clovegarlic, minced

1 1/2 cfresh mushrooms, small & whole

3/4 cprosciutto - cut into thin strips

1 cmilk
-
1/2 clight cream
-
2 2/3 cpenne - cooked per instructions

1/4 cfresh parsley
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
How To Make penne di parma

1In a large skillet, melt butter, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add prosciutto,milk and light cream, heat, reduce heat, simmer until moisture is reduced by half about 6-7 minutes. Cook pasta - remove sauce from heat. Add 3 TBSP. parmesan cheese & parsley, toss hot pasta with sauce, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
