Ingredients For peas and macaroni

How To Make peas and macaroni

1In a pot sauté your onion in extra virgin olive oil. Add a can of tomatoes. Add your egg mixing well as you bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper and reduce to simmer. Add a can of peas (drained) or a bag of frozen peas.

2Boil the water for your shells and salt your water

3When shells are cooked you can save a ladle full of the pasta water (if you like a thinner sauce). Now pour your sauce over your macaroni and add some grated cheese!
