The name Pastafazool is actually an American corruption of the Italian expression Pasta e Fagioli. This recipe can be altered with different types of things. You can use pasta shells or any type of pasta you prefer. You can add a clove of minced garlic, onion, diced tomatoes, navy beans, etc. Pastafazool is like meatloaf you can do many variations and still get great results.

Ingredients For pastafazool

  • 1 lb
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 2 can
    tomato sauce
  • 2 can
    white or red kidney beans
  • sprinkle
    parmesan cheese

How To Make pastafazool

  • 1
    Boil some salted water in a three-quart saucepan. Cook the macaroni until tender. Drain thoroughly.

    Put pasta back into the pot and add the tomato sauce and kidney beans. Heat gently, stirring frequently until it's all heated throughout. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!!
