The recipe is actually a salmon dish (Salmon in Roasted Red Peppers), but neighbors wanted to try this and everyone loved it.
Easy to make with or without salmon 20 minutes tops to prepare

Ingredients For pasta with roasted pepper sauce

  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 4 oz
    roasted peppers
  • 4 c
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make pasta with roasted pepper sauce

  • 1
    To the same pan, add butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, add the roasted peppers and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the spinach and allow it to wilt.

    Reduce the heat to low, and add Half & Half, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer.

    Serve over pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables
