Ingredients For pasta with gorgonzola cream sauce

1/4 cbutter, unsalted

3/4 cheavy cream
-
3/4 chalf & half
-
1/4 lbgorgonzola cheese

freshly shaved nutmeg to taste

salt and pepper to taste

1 lbpenne pasta (or your choice)

1/2 ctoasted walnuts, chopped
-
1/4 csundried tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cfresh parsley, chopped
How To Make pasta with gorgonzola cream sauce

1Melt butter over low heat. Slowly, while stirring, add cream, half and half and cheese.

2Continue cooking until cheese melts, stir often, and then add nutmeg, salt and pepper.

3Cook penne pasta according to pkg. instructions. Drain well and toss with cheese sauce. Add extra half & half if sauce seems too thick. Toss pasta with walnuts, sundried tomatoes and add parsley either to pasta or on top as garnish.
