Ingredients For pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzerella

1 lbpasta of choice

2 mdripe tomatoes

2-3 clovegarlic, sliced

5basil leaves, torn

4-6 ozmozzerella, cubed small

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cparmesean cheese

1/4 colive oil
-
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
How To Make pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzerella

1make pasta.

2While pasta is cooking put olive oil in a large pan add sliced garlic and 1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes. Once garlic turns a golden color add chopped tomatoes and torn basil leaves. cook on med. heat for 3 min. add salt and pepper to taste.

3add cooked pasta and mix then scatter cubed mozzerella. Plate pasta and top with parmesan cheese
