16 ozlinguini, cooked

1/8 colive oil

1/2 cdiced onion

2 Tbspthyme, fresh, chopped

1/2 cdry white wine

2 cchicken stock

1/4 clemon juice

1 Tbsplemon zest

1/2 csundried tomatoes, chopped

1 cartichoke hearts, sliced

1 pinchsalt

1 pinchpepper
How To Make pasta with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes

1Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, and cook onion until tender.

2Mix in thyme and cook until onion is golden brown.

3Stir in white wine. Cook until reduced by about 1 tablespoon.

4Mix in the chicken stock, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Reduce heat to medium, and continue cooking about 10 minutes.

5Mix in the artichokes and sun dried tomatoes and cook until just heated through. Toss with cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
