1 1/2 cpasta of choice

1 cchicken pieces

1/2 conion, chopped

1 cfresh vegetables like french beans, carrots and capsicum chopped

3 Tbspbutter
-
2 Tbspcheddar cheese, shredded

1 Tbsppasta seasoning

salt to taste
- FOR WHITE SAUCE
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
2 Tbsprefined flour
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
1 Tbspcheddar cheese, shredded

1 Tbspblack pepper poder, flakes

How To Make pasta to suit indian taste

1For white sauce, light fry refined flour in butter. Cool and add milk, salt, black pepper powder or flakes, cheese and mix properly. Put on the heat and cook till a boil.

2Cook pasta in water till al dente. I add a little oil in water so that pasta does not clump. Drain water and keep aside.

3Saute onion and chicken pieces in butter. Cook till chicken is done. Add carrot, french beans, salt and cook till the vegetables are cooked.

4Add capsicum and pasta. Mix properly and then mix in the white sauce, pepper, pasta seasoning and the pasta is ready. Garnish with cheese and serve
