This is a very different pasta dish, but it is very tasty and very easy to prepare. We like to serve it with steaks and a salad, especially when grilling and dinning outdoors. Toss in some cooked shrimp to change it up a bit. Play With Your Food! xo

Ingredients For pasta dupont

  • PASTA
  • 1 lb
    tortellini, spaghetti, linguini (your choice of pasta)
  • SAUCE
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 2 oz
    blue cheese, crumbled (roquefort cheese)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
  • cooked, crumbled bacon
  • cooked broccoli florets
  • blue cheese crumbles for garnish

    Cook the spaghetti noodles as directed on package, to aldente. Thouroughly rinse and drain, set aside.

    In the pan you boiled the pasta in: Melt the butter and add all the other ingredients, stirring constantly over medium - low heat. When the sauce is ready, add in the pasta, stirring constantly until heated and coated. Serve immediately!
