1/4 cgoat cheese, in chunks

1/2 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cfreshly grated pecorino romano cheese

1/4 cshredded gruyere cheese

freshly ground black pepper as desired
How To Make pasta con quattro formaggi

1Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan; set aside. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the penne and cook according to package directions.

2Drain and add to the butter in the sauce pan. then mix in the cheeses, one at a time, turning the noodles thouroughly as you go. serve hot with freshly ground black pepper
