3 cpasta of your choice

1 Tbspolive oil

3 tspsalt

2 pkg(14 oz.ea.) broccoli florets

1/3 cbutter
-
1/3 call purpose flour
-
3 cmilk
-
2 1/4 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
3/4 cshredded swiss cheese
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2chopped red pepper
How To Make pasta broccoli cheese bake

1In a large saucepan, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil with the one tablespoon of olive oil. Add 2 teaspoons salt and pasta. Wait for re-boil. Stir frequently. Cook until al dente (firm to bite). Drain.

2Cook broccoli in microwave for 5 minutes. Drain any water.

3In another large saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and milk and whisk until mixture boils and thickens. Add 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, and garlic and stir until blended.

4Add cooked broccoli, red pepper and drained pasta to the cheese sauce. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover with 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

5Bake uncovered in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
