Ingredients For one skillet spaghetti

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 md
    onions, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg
    spaghetti
  • 2 (28 oz.) can
    diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 3/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make one skillet spaghetti

    In a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink then drain.

    Stir in uncooked spaghetti and the next seven ingredients; bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.

    Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until melted.
