Ingredients For one pot mushroom pasta

  • 1
    yellow onion, chopped
  • 2
    whole garlic, chopped
  • 2 pkg
    fresh mushrooms, sliced or chopped
  • 3 c
    vegetable broth
  • 2 c
    non-dairy milk
  • 1 lb
    fettuccine pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    coriander
  • 1 tsp
    sage
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt

How To Make one pot mushroom pasta

    Sautee onion in large sauce pan over high heat until softened. Lower heat to medium.

    Add garlic & mushrooms and sautee until softened.

    Add vegetable broth and milk. Stir.
  • 4
    Add spices as deisred. Mix well.
  • 5
    Add pasta. Stir to coat all pasta in sauce.
  • 6
    Cover and lower heat to simmer, cooking until noodles are soft and sauce has reached desired consistency. Serve.
