Ingredients For noodles romanoff

  • 8 oz
    wide egg noodles
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped chives
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parmesan cheese for serving

How To Make noodles romanoff

  • 1
    cook the noodles in boiling salted water until done about 20 minutes. Drain Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2
    Mix the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chives, garlic, salt and pepper into the noodles. Place the noodles in a baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes until warmed through
  • 3
    Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
