Ingredients For nina's stuffed shells

  • 1 box
    jumbo shells, cooked
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg
    italian 5 cheese blend, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • dash
    basil
  • pasta sauce
  • 1 pkg
    spinach, thawed and dried!

How To Make nina's stuffed shells

    Cook jumbo shells according to box instructions. Drain, let cool and dry.

    In a bowl mix eggs, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian 5 cheese blend, half the mozzarella cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Mix together well.

    Stuff each shell with a hepping tablespoon of cheese mixture. Pour sauce over all shells. Topping it off with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

    Cover and cook in a 350 degrees oven for about 40 minutes until heated through.
