I really have no idea where my Mom got this recipe, I am just thankful she found it. My youngest daughter asks for this for her birthday(or anytime she is home)every year! It makes a ton of spaghetti and is even better the second and third day.

Ingredients For my mom's german spaghetti

4medium onions, chopped

1-1/2 lbground beef

1/2 colive oil

1large bell pepper, chopped

2large cans sliced mushrooms

2 tspsalt

2 tspblack pepper

2 can1 lb size, tomatoes

1 lbcooked spaghetti

1 lbgrated cheddar cheese
How To Make my mom's german spaghetti

1Saute onions and bell pepper in oil. Add beef and cook until browned; drain. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and mix well. Add the spaghetti and cheese. Improves flavor by holding in warm oven.
