Ingredients For my favorite shrimp lo-mein

1 lbmedium shrimp, peeled, deveined

1/3 cwater

3 Tbsplight soy sauce

1 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspsesame oil

2celery stalks, cut thin on the bias

1onion, chopped
-
2 cshredded cabbage
-
16 oz pkg frozen pea pods, thawed

1 mdcarrot, shredded
-
4 ozlinguini, cooked and drained

2scallions, sliced
How To Make my favorite shrimp lo-mein

1Cut shrimp in 1/2 lengthwise. In small bowl, stir together soy sauce and cornstarch, set aside. Pour sesame oil into lg skillet, over med-high heat. Stir fry celery and onion 2 mins.

2Add cabbage, pea pods and carrot. Cook, stir frying 2 mins. Remove veggies from skillet. Add 1/2 the shrimp and cook for 3 mins. When all shrimp is cooked, Stir in soy sauce mix.

3Cook until thickened and bubbly. Return veggies to skillet. Add linguini and scallions. Toss everything together for 2 mins until heated through.
