Ingredients For musssells marinara w/ linguini

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes w/ italian seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb
    mussells, cleaned, debearded
  • 8 oz
    ronzoni healthy harvest linguini
  • 1/4 c
    chicken broth

How To Make musssells marinara w/ linguini

    In lg skillet, over medium heat, warm oil. Saute garlic 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes.

    Reduec heat to low and simmer 5 mins. Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. Add broth and mussels to skillet. Cover. Increase heat to high until mussells open, about 3-5 mins.

    Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
