Ingredients For mushroom spaghetti

2 lbfresh mixed mushrooms

1/3 colive oil, extra virgin

1 lgonion

4 cloveminced garlic
-
2 Tbspfresh thyme
-
1/2 cdry white wine
-
1 pkgfresh or frozen spinach

1 Tbspred pepper flakes
-
1/2 cheavy cream
-
1 cshredded parmesean cheese
-
1 boxwheat angel hair spaghetti

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mushroom spaghetti

1Get a pot boil water and cook wheat spaghetti noodles til al dente.

2Heat olive oil in pan, clean and slice mushrooms, chop onion and cook til tender about 15 min. Than add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme and spinach. Cook 5 min more add wine reduce for a minute, than add heavy cream and parm cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
