Ingredients For mushroom spaghetti

  • 2 lb
    fresh mixed mushrooms
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 4 clove
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh thyme
  • 1/2 c
    dry white wine
  • 1 pkg
    fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesean cheese
  • 1 box
    wheat angel hair spaghetti
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make mushroom spaghetti

    Get a pot boil water and cook wheat spaghetti noodles til al dente.
  • 2
    Heat olive oil in pan, clean and slice mushrooms, chop onion and cook til tender about 15 min. Than add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme and spinach. Cook 5 min more add wine reduce for a minute, than add heavy cream and parm cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
