Ingredients For mozzarella stuffed meat balls

1 lbground beef
-
1 citalian style breadcrumbs
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2eggs, beaten
-
2 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated

1 tspgarlic salt

1/8 tsppepper
-
4 ozmozzarella cheese, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) cubes

1 jarpizza or spaghetti sauce
-
sliced mushrooms (optional)
How To Make mozzarella stuffed meat balls

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.

3Cover each cheese cube with about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture. Carefully sealing all around and shape into a ball.

4Place meatballs in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, cover with pizza sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
