Ingredients For mo's beef casserole

2 cegg noodles, cooked (left overs)

2 cbeef roast, cubed (left overs)

beef gravy or broth (left overs) as needed

2 cmushrooms, sliced

1 cchopped onions

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 lgcarrot, chopped
-
1/2 cparsley (opt)

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
salt and pepper to taste

celery (optional)

top with panko or bread crumbs

or top with parmesan cheese or both
How To Make mo's beef casserole

1Oven: 350 degrees Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish Top with panko, bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly.

2I have added leftover beef type soup. Beef bullion for moisture. Opt: Left over mashed potatoes and grated cheddar cheese for topping.
