Ingredients For mo's beef casserole

  • 2 c
    egg noodles, cooked (left overs)
  • 2 c
    beef roast, cubed (left overs)
  • beef gravy or broth (left overs) as needed
  • 2 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 lg
    carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    parsley (opt)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • celery (optional)
  • top with panko or bread crumbs
  • or top with parmesan cheese or both

How To Make mo's beef casserole

    Oven: 350 degrees Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish Top with panko, bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly.

    I have added leftover beef type soup. Beef bullion for moisture. Opt: Left over mashed potatoes and grated cheddar cheese for topping.
