Ingredients For *** mom's beef casserole ***

2 cegg noodles

2 tspvegetable oil
-
1 lbground beef
-
1onion, chopped
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 tsporegano, dried
-
salt & pepper, to taste
-
1 cancream of tomato soup
-
1/3 cwater (measured out of soup can)

1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make *** mom's beef casserole ***

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Cook noodles according to package.

3In skillet, brown beef, onion & garlic in oil, about 6 minutes. Drain. Add oregano, salt, pepper, soup, water & noodles; mix well. Take off heat, add 1/2 of cheese; mix well.

4In a greased 11 x 7" baking dish, pour mixture in. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes. Cool 5 - 10 minutes.
