Ingredients For mexican style mac n cheese

  • 1 pkg
    macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 3 Tbs Tbsp
    ro tel diced tomatoes with jalapenos
  • 3 Tbsp
    pace salsa , medium or hot
  • 1-2 slice
    fresh or frozen garlic bread
  • chopped sprig
    cilantro, fresh

How To Make mexican style mac n cheese

    Cook Mac and cheese according to directions. * Note, I always use real butter and half and half instead of milk to make it more creamy.

    Broil or pan fry the garlic bread til golden brown. Or substitute your favorite Tortillas or other bread choice instead.

    Mix Salsa and Rotel in a small bowl and set aside. Then Heat the Salsa and Rotel in asmall non stick pan.
