Ingredients For mexican lasagna

1 lbextra lean ground beef

1 cnon-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded

6non-fat flour tortillas

1/2 cblack olives, chopped
-
1/2 pkgtaco seasoning mix

6 oztomato paste
-
8 oztomato sauce
-
1/4 cwater
-
1/2 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

1/2 conion, chopped
-
1 cnon-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make mexican lasagna

1Cook ground beef with onions and green peppers.

2Then combine the drained beef with the tomato paste, sauce, water and seasoning and simmer until thick and bubbly.

3In a 13 x 8 pan make a single layer with 3 of the tortillas.

4Pour half of the sauce over it evenly, and sprinkle half the olives and half of the cheeses.

5Repeat.

6Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
