I can't remember where I found this recipe, but I have been making it for some time now. My family loves it and it is made with things that I usually have on hand. It is quick and easy and tastes good too!

Ingredients For mexican goulash

1 lbground beef

1/2onion, chopped

1 (12 oz.) pkgelbow macaroni, cooked & drained

1/2 lbprocessed cheese, diced

1 1/2 csalsa

1 (15 oz.) canpinto beans, drained, rinsed

1 (15 oz.) canwhole kernel corn, drained
How To Make mexican goulash

1Cook the ground beef and onion together in a large skillet over medium heat until completely browned and crumbled. Drain off fat.

2Add the macaroni to the beef and place over medium-low heat; stir in the cheese until melted.

3Add remaining ingredients; stir and heat until mixture bubbles slightly. Serve hot.
