1 cchopped zucchini

1/2 cchopped fresh mushrooms

1/3 cchopped green pepper

1/4 cchopped onion

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 citalian diced tomatoes

6pitted ripe olives, halved

1/4 ccrumbled reduced-fat feta cheese

How To Make mediterranean vegetable pasta for 2

1Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the zucchini, mushrooms, green pepper, onion & garlic in oil until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in the tomatoes, olives & pepper, heat through.

2Drain pasta, divide between two plates. Top with vegetable mixture and cheeses.
