Ingredients For meatballs and bow tie pasta

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • SAUCE
  • 1 jar
    (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can
    (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 box
    (16 ounces) bow ties, cooked

How To Make meatballs and bow tie pasta

    Combine all ingredients for meatballs; mix well.

    Shape into golf ball size balls. Brown in 2 tbsps hot oil in skillet. Add to spaghetti sauce, that has already been prepared, and simmer 20 minutes.

    SAUCE: Add jar of spaghetti sauce and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.

    When sauce has thickened, add to cooked bow ties

    Serve with meatballs over bowties
