mama's goulash
When my Mama would make this we would all come running to the supper table. It is just a fantastic one skillet meal that everyone loves.

Ingredients For mama's goulash

1 lbground beef

1/2 lbground hot pork sausage

1 mdonion, chopped

2cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

8 oztomato sauce
-
14 1/2 ozpetite diced tomatoes with juice

1 tspitalian seasoning

1/2 tspsmoked paprika
-
1/4 tspcumin
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
2 cbeef broth
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 1/4 cuncooked elbow macaroni

1 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make mama's goulash

1In a large, deep sided skillet brown the ground beef and the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off the grease and lower the heat to medium. Add in the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

2Stir in the worcestershire, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with juice and seasonings. Add the broth, water and uncooked elbow macaroni. Stir to combine, cover and cook till noodles are tender, about 7-8 minutes. Turn off the heat, uncover and top with the cheese. Cover back up and let it sit till the cheese is nice and melted.
