This is untested! A friend shared this with me today, and I can't wait until the Grandkids come over so I can make it for them.

Ingredients For macaroni & cheese

  • 1 lb
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 8 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese

How To Make macaroni & cheese

    Sauce: Melt the cheeses in the milk & cook until it is slightly thickened
  • 2
    Drain the macaroni & place it in an oven-proof bowl. Pour the sauce over it and toss well
  • 3
    Cover the top of the macaroni with sliced American cheese
  • 4
    Bake at 375 until top is browned
