Great recipe from Kitchen Chatter and Friends Cookbook . Chopped, broccoli or/and ham , bacon or cooked sausage may be added to make this recipe a meal in itself; add a tossed salad and you are good to go !

Ingredients For macaroni & cheese with corn

  • 16 oz
    can whole corn, do not drain
  • 16 oz
    can creamed corn
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 c
    dry macaroni pasta
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced onion

How To Make macaroni & cheese with corn

  • 1
    Place melted butter in a 2-quart casserole. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Bake for 40 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered in a 350^ oven.
