Ingredients For macaroni and cheese

32 ozelbow macaroni, large

3 canevaporated milk

3eggs
-
2 sticksalted butter (cold), cut into small pieces

2 tspwhite pepper

1 Tbspgarlic powder

2 Tbspsugar

8 ozsharp cheddar cheese, shredded

8 ozcolby jack cheese, shredded

1 lbvelveeta cheese, cut into pieces

16 ozmild cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make macaroni and cheese

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer the pasta to a large casserole dish. Toss in butter pieces. Set aside.

3In a large bowl, beat eggs then add evaporated milk, pepper, garlic powder and sugar. Add the cheese saving half of the mild cheddar for topping. Mix together. Pour the mixture over the pasta and stir until evenly distributed. Sprinkle the top of the pasta with the rest of the mild cheddar cheese.

4Bake covered for 30 to 45 minutes until cheese is melted. Uncover and bake for about 10-15 minutes, optional for browning.
