Ingredients For mac & cheese with broccoli

  • 1 md
    head broccoli cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 lb
    macaroni
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 4 oz
    aged cheddar cheese grated

How To Make mac & cheese with broccoli

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt and add the broccoli and cook 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • 2
    In the same pot add more water and salt and cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain. Place the macaroni back into the pan and add the cream cheese and broccoli.

    MIx over low heat until the cream cheese melts. Place in a baking dish and top with the aged cheddar. Place under broiler until the cheese melts.

    Serve
