Ingredients For mac & cheese carbonara

1 boxspiral noodles, cooked and drained

8 1/8 slicebacon cubed and rendered
-
8 1/8 smcampari tomatoes seeded then cubed

1/2 pkgvelveta cubed
-
3/4 cheavy cream or milk for less fat
-
1/2 pkgmexican blend shredded cheese
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1/4 citalian bread crumbs
How To Make mac & cheese carbonara

1Boil and drain noodles and set aside. Render your bacon in a tsp. olive oil until cooked. Drain fat. Set aside. In a sauce pan add milk or cream, and both cheeses and pepper. Melt until sauce turns thick. In a shallow pan, or oven safe dish, toss together noodles, bacon and tomatoes. Pour sauce over the noodles and toss it all together. Pour about 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs all over the top and bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
