My mom found this on a box of Kraft mac and cheese when I was little. I have made it for my family. It is a go to dish when I don't have alot of time to cook dinner. I have even changed it up to make it a taco mac and cheese.

Ingredients For mac and cheese casserole

  • 1 box
    kraft mac and cheese mix
  • 1 lb
    lean ground sirlon or meat
  • 1 can
    campbell's golden mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make mac and cheese casserole

  • 1
    Prepare Mac and Cheese according to the package directions. Brown ground sirlon, drain off excess fat. Add can of soup(do not dilute) to ground sirlon and heat to a boil. Mix Mac and Cheese and meat mixture. Add shredded cheese to cover top of casserole. Cover and let it melt. Serve with green beans or other green veggies.
