Ingredients For loaded pizza lasagne

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    italian sausage, mild
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni
  • 2 tsp
    garlic
  • 2 jar
    pasta sauce
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb
    mushrooms
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 24 oz
    cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1 lb
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 box
    lasagna noodles, no boil

How To Make loaded pizza lasagne

    At medium heat, brown your ground beef and Italian sausage together with your garlic and seasoning until all the meat is cooked through.

    Add the pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, and sliced up pepperoni. Heat until the sauce is hot.

    In a pan place a small layer of sauce first so the noodles don't burn on the bottom, then start layering your pasta, sauce, cottage cheese, and cheddar cheese, saving the mozzarella for the top.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
