Ingredients For linguini with clam sauce

  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • pinch
    oregano, dried
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, italian
  • 4-5 md
    tomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped
  • 3 can
    7-1/2 oz. chopped clams
  • 2 c
    clam juice
  • 1 lb
    linguini, cooked

How To Make linguini with clam sauce

  • 1
    Saute garlic & onions in oil and butter. Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley & tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and clam juice, reheat. Do not overcook clams. Serve over hot linguini noodles.
