Ingredients For linguini with clam sauce

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

2 Tbspbutter

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

pinchoregano, dried

2 Tbspparsley, italian

4-5 mdtomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped

3 can7-1/2 oz. chopped clams
-
2 cclam juice
-
1 lblinguini, cooked
How To Make linguini with clam sauce

1Saute garlic & onions in oil and butter. Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley & tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and clam juice, reheat. Do not overcook clams. Serve over hot linguini noodles.
