1 conion, chopped

6 clovegarlic, minced

1 cfresh parsey

1 cwhite wine or chicken or fish broth

3 canclams

2 tsplemon juice

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
dashground red pepper or cayenne

3/4 lbcooked linguine
How To Make linguini and white clam sauce.

1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

2Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add Parsley and wine or broth. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes.

3Add the next 5 ingredients. Stirring frequently, simmer for 5-10 minutes.

4Toss with linguine.
