Ingredients For linguine w/ fire-roasted tomatoes and feta

1/2 lblinguine pasta

1 Tbspolive oil

3 tspminced garlic

12 mdshrimp, peeled, deveined

114.5 oz can chopped fire-roasted tomatoes.

1 Tbspfresh chopped basil

1/2 tspeach, salt and pepper, or to taste

1/2 ccrumbled feta cheese. i used reduced-fat
How To Make linguine w/ fire-roasted tomatoes and feta

1Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, cook for 1 min. Add shrimp, cook until pink. Pour in tomatoes, stirring until heated through. Season w/ basil, salt & pepper. Toss pasta w/ sauce. Sprinkle w/ crumbled feta cheese.
